Mayon Volcano at its best

Residence of Legaspi City, Philippines were treated to an overnight fireworks display that greeted Christmas day here at Mount Mayon spewed more lava and pyroclastic materials, prompting more people spending their Noche Buena at the top of this hill.
The spectacle has drawn many tourists to Lignon Hill, considered a view deck for Mayon Volcano, as good wheather and clear skies allowed a clear view of a burning lava flow on Christmas Eve.
Cars lined up at the foot of the hill waiting for their turn to enter the view deck since 10 cars can enter the narrow space of the hill at any given time.
a few meters away from the hill the Philvocs (Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology) lies its observatory.
The glowing red lava coming from the volcano can be seen in both sides oozing from the summit. Explosions was also heard intermitently. Giving tourist more excitement.
